It was very clear from her presentation that she is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in this field and was able to provide us with a framework to empower us in dealing with this sensitive yet important issue. Sarie also worked with us to develop our school policy which ensures that we are equipped with the knowledge and resources to support and protect our pupils. I found this training be extremely enriching and focused. Although the course was in its first run, it was a beautiful mix between theory and street smart. Sarie is very straight forward, which is something I personally value. I felt i was corrected in areas i was unsure of, but also liberated in areas where self doubt was a stumbling block. Sarie shares a passion for a good process which appealed to my learning style. The content was structured and very robust, and does not lend to spoon feeding. Someone could not just do this training to check a box! This is a good thing! My brain was stretched beautifully! Sarie's feedback is valuable, and again to the point which is valuable for self observation and evaluation. The course solidified my own drive for forensic service.
